After the payment has cleared, we will post your lovely item by your chosen shipping service within 3 working days, but we aim hard and try to send them Next Working Day.
Sometimes, delivery may take a little longer as all of our Headbands are Made to Order and if there is going to be a delay, we will let you know and keep you updated.
We aim to dispatch your item as soon as we receive the payment, hence if you purchase the goods before 3:00pm, you may receive the item(s) Next Day.
If your order doesn't arrive on time, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can deal with this issue and file a claim with the Service Provider. Once your Selected Service Provider agrees the claim, we can arrange to replace your item(s) or issue full refund.

A note on international deliveries...
All international orders are handled by Royal Mail via a fully tracked service. Shipping takes on average 3 - 7 days worldwide and tracking details can be accessed via your despatch email or account.

Where Can I Buy Your Products?

Can I change, update or cancel my order once I've placed it?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message through our contact form as soon as you can if you would like to cancel or change your order. We always aim to fulfil our orders as quickly and smoothly as possible, but we’ll do our best to process your request if possible.
How can I check the status of my order?
Go to your Account page and all the details will be there
I'm having problems with the tracking.
In a few cases, the courier takes 1 - 2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, reach out to us as at email@example.com or send us a message through our contact form and we’ll help resolve the issue.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a message through our contact form as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to change this for you. If you parcel has already left with our carrier it will unfortunately be delivered to the address as given on the order.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
Here’s a few things to check: is your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) exactly match what you’ve entered into our system. Next, check the expiry date.
If all this info is correct your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact email@example.com or send us a message through our contact form and we’ll do our best to help.
