Shipping policy

Once your payment has cleared, we aim to dispatch your lovely item using your chosen shipping service within 3 working days — though we always try our best to ship by the next working day.

Please note that all our headbands are made to order, so occasionally there may be a slight delay. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

If your order is placed before 3:00 PM (UK time), there's a good chance it may be dispatched the same day, increasing the likelihood of next-day delivery (depending on the shipping method selected).

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll investigate the issue and, if necessary, file a claim with the delivery service provider. Once the claim is approved, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Please note: Refunds do not include postage and packaging costs.
